Mathilde Granier

Mathilde Granier is an experienced marketing professional with a strong focus on engagement, CRM, and customer lifecycle management. Since September 2020, Mathilde has served as the Head of Engagement Marketing at Yespark Group, managing key aspects of CRM, marketing automation, and retention strategies. Prior to this role, Mathilde held various positions at Modern Art Family, including Lead CRM Manager and CRM Manager, as well as positions at Smartbox Group, where strategic projects in retention and engagement marketing were managed. Additional experience includes roles in web project management and community engagement, with a solid educational background that includes a Master of Science in International Marketing from Rennes School of Business.
