Olga Zhyla is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at both Reteno, an engagement platform for mobile applications, and eSputnik.com, an omnichannel customer data platform, since August 2021. Prior to these positions, Olga worked as a Project Manager at SoftCube LLC from September 2016 to August 2021 and at Business-Forum Ltd. from July 2009 to August 2016. Olga holds a Master’s Degree from Prydniprovs’ka State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture (2004-2009) and completed a program in Business Analysis in IT at Beetroot Academy in 2023.
