Buddhadeb Das Gupta

Buddhadeb Das Gupta has extensive work experience in the IT and consulting industry. Buddhadeb started their career as a Delivery/Program manager at Citicorp Information Technology Industries Ltd in 1998. After that, they worked at i-flex Solutions Ltd, where they held various roles including Delivery Head, Investment Banking Services, and Head of E-Solutions Group. In 2007, they joined Oracle Financial Services as the Services Delivery Head for EMEA, responsible for delivery, sales, and profitability in the region. Buddhadeb later became the Vice President and Global Delivery Head, Strategic Accounts at Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd, where they managed large accounts and led global delivery teams. In 2011, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Nous Infosystems and played a key role in driving organizational growth and operational excellence. Following that, they co-founded and served as the Managing Director of Optinovo Business Consulting, providing consulting services to enterprises. Buddhadeb also co-founded and served as the Director of Postero Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they led the development of a predictive analytics HR Tech product and provided digital technology solutions to global customers. Most recently, they have been working as the Executive Vice President and Head of Payments Solutions at Yethi Consulting. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in organizational transformation, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

Buddhadeb Das Gupta completed their Advanced Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in the year 2010. In the same year, they also attended Esade for Managing Business in the Global Context. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from BIT Sindri, Dhanbad, India from 1983 to 1987. Buddhadeb completed their ISC from St. Xavier's College, Ranchi, India, specializing in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths from 1981 to 1983. Buddhadeb Das Gupta's education started with their ICSE from Loyola High school, Jamshedpur, which they completed from 1970 to 1981.
