Adam Kelly has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Adam started their career at Aztex Enterprises Ltd. (AZX Sport), where they worked as an Account Executive and later as a Regional Sales Manager. In these roles, Adam developed strategic sales plans, managed key accounts, and turned potential negative situations into positive relationship-building opportunities.

After their time at Aztex Enterprises, Adam joined Staples Promotional Products as an Account Consultant and later as an Account Manager. In these roles, they provided promotional product solutions to clients, maintained profit margins on strategic accounts, and visited clients to understand their needs and provide immediate solutions.

Currently, Adam works at YETI, where they have held various positions. Adam started as a Corporate Sales Representative and worked their way up to a Corporate Sales Supervisor role. Currently, they serve as an Associate Manager for Corporate Sales in Canada.

Throughout their career, Adam has consistently exceeded sales targets, analyzed sales and inventory reports, trained and coached colleagues, and prioritized projects to drive success.
