Arturo Diaz has over a decade of experience in operations and customer experience management within diverse industries. Currently serving as Team Lead for Eligibility Operations at Collective Health since November 2019, Arturo has successfully held senior leadership roles in member claims and member advocacy. Prior to this, Arturo managed customer experience at Vivint Smart Home from January 2017 to November 2019, and led operations in a contact center environment at Alorica from September 2011 to July 2016. Earlier in career, Arturo functioned as Training Manager/Ops Manager at AFFINA from August 2007 to September 2011, showcasing a strong foundation in training and operational leadership.
