Brian Kuess

Brian Kuess has extensive experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and product safety. Brian is currently the Global Vice President of Quality Assurance, Product Safety, and Compliance at YETI, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's quality systems, supplier quality, and global product safety and compliance team. Prior to this, Brian worked at Henry Schein, where they held various roles, including Vice President of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs and Executive Director of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs. In these positions, they were responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting strategic business objectives. Brian also has experience at Danaher Corporation, where they served as Vice President of Quality Management Systems and Vice President of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, overseeing the consolidation of quality management systems and leading the quality assurance and regulatory affairs organization. Brian has also worked at Visteon Corporation as a Resident Quality Manager and Lead Manufacturing Engineer and at Ford Motor Company as a Sr. Product Design Engineer and Manufacturing Engineering. Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated a strong focus on quality and compliance, leading improvement programs and receiving awards for their achievements.

Brian Kuess obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they attended from 1989 to 1994.
