Carley Pawliski

Carley Pawliski is an experienced professional in validation engineering, currently serving as Associate Manager at YETI since June 2021, with expertise in finished goods testing for soft goods products. Prior roles at YETI include Validation Engineer II, specializing in Food and Beverage and Soft Good products, and Validation Engineer, focusing on Barware and Table Top products. Carley began the career journey as an Associate Validation Engineer and Product Test Technician, also gaining experience through co-op positions in process development and research at Boston Scientific and ZSK Stickmaschinen.
