Don Desroches

Don Desroches has a diverse work experience in design and fabrication roles. Don worked at YETI as a Senior Sample Maker, where they played a key role in developing high-quality prototypes for soft goods and managed project assignments and timelines. Prior to that, they were a Product Developer/Designer at Appalachian Stitching Company, where they led production and installation processes for architectural, consumer, and furniture designs. Don also worked at Blender Design Group as a Production Lead, implementing a controlled process for coating fine art images and providing carpentry and repair services. Don has experience in marine upholstery as well, having worked at Paul's Custom Canvas as a Design and Project Manager, specializing in pattern and fabrication. Earlier in their career, they owned Cape Canvas & Rigging, where they consulted with customers, designed and manufactured enclosures, covers, upholstery, and storage solutions, and achieved significant sales growth.

Don Desroches earned their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication, General from the University of Colorado Boulder, where they attended from 1991 to 1994.
