Erin Speirs McCarthy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Erin Speirs started their career as a Sales Specialist at REI from November 2000 to December 2002. Erin Speirs then worked as a Systems Manager at Costa Rican Vacations from March 2003 to May 2008, where they designed an integrated management information system and led a team to improve sales and efficiency.
