Kimberly Lim

Kimberly Lim has a diverse work experience in operations, sales, and customer service. Kimberly started their career as a Loan Document Specialist at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in 2010 and was recognized as a top performer. Kimberly then joined Fifth Third Bank in 2012, where they worked as a Mortgage Processor, responsible for processing various types of loans. Kimberly enhanced the loan processing procedures by creating a loan cover sheet tool. In 2014, they were promoted to Mortgage Underwriter, where they managed and monitored risks, communicated loan decisions and issues, and ensured compliance with credit policies and procedures. In 2017, Kimberly joined YETI, a global manufacturing company, where they initially worked as a Customer Service Specialist. Later, they became a Sales Operations Supervisor, proactively monitoring the pipelines to detect system-wide issues and improve the customer journey. Currently, Kimberly is working as an Associate Operations Manager at YETI, focusing on optimizing the order journey for customers by using data-driven decision-making and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Kimberly Lim's education history begins in 2005 when they enrolled at Northwestern University. Kimberly pursued a Bachelor of Music degree with a focus on Viola Performance. Additionally, they minored in Japanese Language and Culture during their time at Northwestern University, completing their studies in 2009.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Kimberly attended the Minnesota Paralegal Institute from 2009 to 2010. Here, they obtained a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Paralegal Studies.

Continuing their academic journey, Kimberly then pursued a Master of Arts degree at the University of Chicago. From 2011 to 2012, they specialized in Humanities, specifically Japanese Studies.

Kimberly's education history shows a progression from their undergraduate studies in music and Japanese Language and Culture to further studies in paralegal studies and Japanese studies at the graduate level.
