Lauren Bowers

Lauren Bowers has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lauren is currently a board member at Texas Legal since December 2022 and a member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle since October 2022.

Before that, Lauren worked at YETI from July 2019 to present, holding several positions of increasing responsibility, including Director of Wholesale Marketing, Senior Manager of Wholesale Marketing, and Manager of Wholesale Marketing. Lauren also served as the National Retail Marketing Manager during this time.

Prior to their role at YETI, Lauren gained extensive experience at GSP | We make retail better. From November 2015 to January 2019, they served as the National Account Director, leading a team of 25 Market and Account Managers. From January 2014 to November 2015, they were the Regional Manager, overseeing a 12-person team and collaborating with the CFO, CEO, and COO to develop strategic plans. Lauren also held the positions of Market Manager in the Central Region from January 2010 to December 2013 and Account Executive from January 2008 to January 2010. Lauren began their career at GSP as an Account Specialist in August 2007.

In addition, Lauren has relevant experience as a Marketing and Sales Assistant at the University Press of Florida from September 2006 to April 2007 and as a Marketing Intern at The IRONMAN Group from January 2006 to May 2006. Lauren also worked as a Marketing and Promotions Intern at University Athletic Association Inc from January 2005 to May 2005 and as a Marketing Intern at OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC from May 2004 to August 2004.

Lauren Bowers pursued their higher education at the University of Florida, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Advertising from 2002 to 2006. Furthering their academic journey, they enrolled in the same university again and completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Advertising from 2006 to 2007.
