Mike Brinkhof

Mike Brinkhof has a strong background in supply chain management and operations. Mike is currently the Director of Supply Chain at YETI since April 2022. Prior to that, from September 2021 to March 2022, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Totallux B.V., and also worked as a Business Consultant at the same company from March 2021 to September 2021. Before their time at Totallux B.V., Mike held the position of Senior Director Supply Chain EMEA at Under Armour from October 2014 to July 2020. Mike played a vital role in building and leading the European Supply Chain in the Amsterdam office, overseeing various functions such as demand planning, order fulfillment, logistics, and customer services. Mike also successfully expanded and developed the wholesale/distributor model into a full-blown EMEA region. Prior to Under Armour, they worked as an Operations Director at Nike, Inc. from October 2003 to September 2014, where they played a key role in developing supply chain strategies and optimizing the European network. Earlier in their career, Mike worked as the Operations Manager for the Logistics Department at G-Star RAW in 2002, implementing production databases and planning tools. Mike also served as the Planning Manager and Sales Area Manager at Levi Strauss & Co. from 1994 to 2002, where they were responsible for inventory management, sales forecasting, and performance analysis. Mike Brinkhof earned a Bachelor's degree in International Management from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, specializing in the field of study of HES. Prior to that, they briefly studied Mathematics & Economic History at the University of Amsterdam - Amsterdam School of Economics. Mike completed their secondary education at the Christelijke Scholengemeenschap Buitenveldert in Amsterdam, where they pursued an Atheneum degree.
