Rachel Cynor

Rachel Cynor began their work experience as an Engineering Intern at LJA Engineering, Inc in 2016. Rachel then worked as an Engineering Intern at Jones|Carter in 2017. From 2018 to 2021, Rachel worked at Swinerton, first as a Project Engineer and then as a Senior Project Engineer. During this time, they managed project schedules, monitored progress, and ensured timely project delivery. In 2021, Rachel joined YETI as an Engineering Program Manager II, where they are responsible for executing multiple programs, coordinating cross-functionally, and developing project documentation.

Rachel Cynor holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
