Stephen Stark

Stephen Stark has a diverse range of work experience. Stephen started their career as a Finance Research Intern at National Loan Investors in 2009. In 2010, they interned at the FDIC in the Division of Finance. From 2011 to 2018, they worked as a Consultant at Mercer. Stephen then pursued further education and enrolled in the Master of Science in Analytics Program at the University of Chicago, where they were a Graduate Student from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are a Data Scientist at YETI, starting as a Data Scientist II in 2021 and advancing to the role of Data Scientist III in 2022.

Stephen Stark completed their Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business. Stephen then studied abroad in Paris through SMU's Study Abroad Program, focusing on History and Religion. Stephen later attended Heritage Hall High School, where they earned their high school diploma. Additionally, they pursued a Study Abroad program at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad, specializing in International Finance.

More recently, Stephen obtained a Master of Science degree in Analytics, Data Science, and Applied Statistics from the University of Chicago. Stephen also completed several certifications, including Programming Foundations: Version Control with Git from LinkedIn, SQL for Data Science from Coursera, People Analytics from LinkedIn, and COVID19 Data Analysis Using Python from Coursera. It is worth mentioning that Stephen has an Energy Innovation and Emerging Technologies Certificate from Stanford University and completed a course on Facial Expression Recognition with Keras through Coursera.
