Mihaela Kalaydjieva is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate affairs, legal, and regulatory management within the telecommunications sector. Since January 2019, Mihaela serves as the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Yettel.Bulgaria, contributing to the executive committee and overseeing Human Resources, Public Relations, Legal, Regulatory, and Competition Departments. Previously, Mihaela held the position of Secretary General at VIVACOM from September 2008 to November 2013, reporting directly to the CEO. From August 2001 to September 2008, Mihaela was the Legal, Regulatory, and Corporate Affairs Division Director and Legal Advisor to the Board of Directors at Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile, playing a vital role in establishing the second GSM operator in Bulgaria.
