Zoltan Ficzere

Zoltan Ficzere has extensive experience in customer-facing IT operations, currently serving as the Head of Customer Facing IT Operations at Yettel Hungary since March 2022. Prior to this role, Zoltan held similar positions at Telenor from January 2020 to March 2022 and at Telenor Common Operation from October 2013 to January 2020, where responsibilities included leading teams and managing customer-facing IT processes. Zoltan began their career at Telenor Hungary Plc in various service specialist roles and previously worked as an Application Specialist at Grepton. Zoltan also has a background in desktop support with Schönhertz Diákszövetkezet and experience in telesales from Axelero. Educational credentials include a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Gábor Dénes Főiskola and participation in the Jövő Menedzsere 5.0 Mentor Program.
