Harith Roslizar has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2010, they worked as a Senior Resident Medical Officer at Hunter New England Local Health District. Harith then moved on to work as a Locum Medical Doctor at Charterhouse Medical in 2013. During the same year, they also served as a Medical Advisor at Medibank, where they provided medical advising services for various clients. In 2014, Harith joined Bupa as a Panel Physician and later became the Lead Physician, leading teams and delivering high-output medical visa services. Currently, they are the Head of People & Governance at Yezza, a YC-backed tech startup, where they are responsible for building a high-growth culture and managing a team of talented individuals.

Harith Roslizar's education history is as follows:

From 2005 to 2010, they attended the University of Newcastle, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Medicine.

Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, they studied at the MARA College of Banting, earning a Diploma in International Baccalaureate with a focus on Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies.

Before entering college, from 2000 to 2001, they attended MARA Junior Science College (MRSM), where they obtained their SPM qualification.

- In March 2020, they completed the course "COVID 19 - Tackling The Novel Coronavirus" from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, U. of London.

- In November 2019, they became a certified Mental Health First Aid Officer through Mental Health First Aid Australia.

- In 2019, they obtained their Medical Doctor certification from AHPRA (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).

- In August 2018, they completed the course "Introduction to Finance" offered by Bupa.
