Lichen Survey Of Priority Trunk Road Sections at YGC

Tracey Lovering is an experienced lichen biologist with a strong background in conservation and environmental science. Currently serving at YGC on a lichen survey project for priority trunk road sections, Tracey has held various roles at The British Lichen Society since 2016, including Conservation Committee Member and Grey Literature Project Officer for Wales. Previous experience includes training in lichen awareness for the North and Mid Wales Trunk Road Agent and managing lichen surveys for several organizations, including Powys County Council and Natural Resources Wales. Tracey has also contributed as a tutor for the Field Studies Council and coordinated initiatives for Plantlife Cymru, focusing on lower plants and fungi. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Biological Recording from the University of Birmingham and a University Diploma in Environmental Science from Cardiff University.
