Tania currently serves as the Senior Vice President and CTR Product Lead at Spectrum Science, overseeing clinical trial software solutions. Tania previously worked at Microsoft as the Chief Clinical Researcher and Global Lead for Equity in Healthcare & Life Science, and served in the US Army as a Cyber Information System Supervisor.
