Ryan Ashley Lowery

Ryan Ashley Lowery, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Currently, they serve as the Director of Commercial Real Estate Capital at Ygrene Energy Fund, a role they began in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, starting in 2013 as a Doctoral Student in Real Estate. Ryan Ashley later took on the position of Lecturer from August 2016 to December 2017.

Ryan also held the position of Senior Associate in Real Estate Development and Acquisitions at BOS Development from an unknown date in 2012 until April 2016. Before that, they worked as a Senior Underwriter at Freddie Mac from August 2011 to April 2012.

Ryan Ashley also has experience at TD Bank USA, where they served as Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate and Private Banking Groups from August 2010 to September 2011. In addition, Ryan worked at Merrill Lynch as an Assistant Vice President in Global Markets and Investment Banking, Financial Development Group from April 2007 to July 2008. Their career kicked off at Bear Stearns, where they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst/Global Credit Analyst from June 2004 to June 2006.

Ryan Ashley Lowery holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Florida State University - College of Business, which was completed from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School from 2008 to 2010. Lastly, Ryan furthered their education by completing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration, specializing in Real Estate Economics and Finance, at the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 2013 to 2020.
