Natália Pauletto Fragalle

Natália Pauletto Fragalle has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and responsibilities.

At Yieldify, they worked as a Lead Product Designer, responsible for the overall design strategy, user experience, and usability testing of the company's platform. Natália also played a key role in defining the product roadmap and creating a new design system for the platform.

Prior to that, they held the position of Product Manager and Design Expert at Yieldify, where they managed the Experiences Squad and contributed to the overall strategy of the product and business. Natália conducted customer and product discovery, synthesized user research, and facilitated collaborative workshops to identify and prioritize solution ideas.

Furthermore, Natália worked as a Product Designer at Yieldify, focusing on the end-to-end design process and collaborating with various teams to improve the B2B platform. Natália was involved in customer and product discovery, usability testing, and spearheading the platform's redesign.

Natália has also worked as a Guest Lecturer and Mentor at ITI UFSCar, supporting lecturers and students in the "Innovation" module of the Innovation, Technology, and Business Innovation MBA program.

Additionally, they served as a Product Designer at Sigalei, where they collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve the digital product. Natália contributed to the overall strategy, conducted user research, and facilitated workshops to visualize perspectives and test solution hypotheses.

Natália was also a Co-Founder of Catalyst, a project focused on helping individuals transition to a UX design career. Natália helped design the structure and content of workshops.

Furthermore, they worked at ONOVOLAB as a Product Manager and Facilitator, implementing design methodologies and conducting user research. Natália also trained the team on design methodologies and produced written content for the company's blog.

Before that, Natália gained experience as a Freelancer Graphic Designer and Illustrator, as well as an English Teacher and Translator. Natália also worked as a Researcher and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of São Paulo, where they conducted research and assisted in teaching architecture and urbanism courses.

In addition, they worked as a Freelance Exhibition Project Designer at Contribuinte da Cultura and as a Visiting Researcher at the University of East London.

Throughout their career, Natália has demonstrated a strong background in product design, user research, facilitation, and collaboration across various industries and contexts.

Natália Pauletto Fragalle completed their education in the field of Architecture and Urban Planning. Natália earned a Bachelor of Architecture and Urban Planning from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) from 2010 to 2015. Following that, they pursued a Graduate Exchange program in MA Architecture at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from 2014 to 2015. Natália then obtained a Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Planning, specializing in Theory and History of Architecture and Urbanism: City, Art, and Culture, from USP from 2016 to 2019.

In terms of additional certifications, Natália obtained various certifications related to design and user experience. These include certifications in Design Leadership from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado in May 2023, Responsive Design with Grids: a guide for UX/UI Designer from moonlearning.io in December 2022, Design System & Ops from Meiuca in September 2021, and Engajamento de Stakeholders from ABRIG - Associação Brasileira de Relações Institucionais e Governamentais in December 2020, among others. Natália has actively pursued specialized certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field.
