Bárbara Bellini

Bárbara Bellini has extensive work experience in HR and talent acquisition roles. Bárbara currently works at Yieldstreet as a People Business Partner, where they are responsible for managing HR functions for the company's office in Brazil, including office management, event planning, internal communication, and employer branding. Bárbara also leads various strategies within the company, such as revamping the recruiting process for tech roles and restructuring the internship program. Bárbara actively sources candidates on platforms like LinkedIn and Entelo and manages the entire recruiting cycle for Product, Data, Design, and Technology roles in international offices. Prior to Yieldstreet, Bárbara worked as a Technical Recruiter at Dell Technologies and as a Tech Recruiter at Deliver IT Serviços de Tecnologia. Bárbara also gained experience in talent management and recruitment at PUCRS Carreiras and Dell Technologies, respectively. Earlier in their career, Bárbara worked as an English Teacher at Quatrum English Schools.

From 2017 to 2022, Bárbara Bellini pursued their education at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. During this time, they studied and obtained a degree in Psychology, specializing in Clinical Psychology and Organizational Psychology.
