Gillian Pressman

Gillian Pressman serves as the Managing Director at YIMBY Action, leading fundraising efforts for an annual budget of $3.5 million and developing strategies for major gifts, foundations, and mid-level donors. Previously, Gillian held the role of Director of Development at YIMBY Action, significantly increasing organizational revenue from approximately $500,000 in 2019 to nearly $2.2 million in 2021. Experience also includes serving as Senior Director of Development at Peer Health Exchange, where fundraising strategies raised $6 million and $7 million in operating revenue for fiscal years 2018 and 2019, respectively, while closing a $15.6 million capital campaign.
