Fook Yan Ng

Fook Yan Ng is a seasoned data analytics and AI professional with extensive experience in leading and managing data-centric initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Data Analytics & AI Lead at Yinson since January 2023, Fook Yan Ng has been instrumental in enhancing cloud-based data analytics capabilities and fostering a collaborative environment through the establishment of the Power BI Community of Practice. Previously, as a BI Solution & Data Specialist at UNICEF, Fook Yan Ng focused on optimizing data integrations and developing Power BI solutions. In the role of Regional Data and Analytics Manager at NS BlueScope, Fook Yan Ng led enterprise digital transformation initiatives, developed a Power BI Centre of Excellence, and drove AI and machine learning applications for demand forecasting. Other past roles include Analytics Practice Lead at AGTIV Consulting and Data and Analytics Practices Lead at Avanade Malaysia, where Fook Yan Ng successfully grew business analytics practices and led teams to deliver complex data solutions. Fook Yan Ng holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management from the National University of Malaysia (UKM).
