Louisa Rachel Brady

Mrs Louisa Brady has over 25 years of HR leadership experience across global FTSE 100 FMCG and Defence industries. Louisa commenced her career in Unilever from 1990 to 2005, moving to BAE Systems for the following 15 years, before joining Yinson in April 2020 as Group HR Director. With proven capability across organisational development, employee engagement, learning and change management, Louisa’s value to the executive table is in enabling international growth strategies to be realized through their people. Having led HR teams across EMEA, APAC and the Middle East, Louisa values difference and inclusivity, to create connectiveness across organisations. She is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development in the United Kingdom.
