Nina has proven their expertise in leading large-scale transformation programs, post-merger integration activities, business capability development, and HR service management. Nina'sresponsibilities have included financial management, ERP systems renewal, agile development methodologies, and strategic human capital capabilities. Nina Karhula attended Töölön yhteiskoulun lukio from 1998 to 2001. Nina then received a Master's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Jyväskylä in 2009. In 2007, they studied Political Economy at Sciences Po Toulouse for a brief period.
