Julian Haffner

Julian Haffner is a partner at YK Law LLP, specializing in business and corporate law, particularly in entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, tech transfers and licensing, blockchain, and entertainment law. Additionally, Julian serves as an adjunct professor of business law at Bowie State University. Previous experience includes roles as Chief of Staff for the Maryland General Assembly and attorney positions at Haffner, LLC, Longman & Van Grack LLC, and McMillan Metro, P.C., among others. With a strong legal background in contract drafting, negotiation, intellectual property, and compliance counseling, Julian has founded and led law firms focused on business and entertainment transactions and provided corporate counsel to various clients in the creative industries. Julian holds a JD from Howard University School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Swarthmore College.
