Manish Sarin

Manish Sarin is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leading financial operations across various technology sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Sprinklr since January 2022, Manish previously held the role of CFO at Exabeam from January 2018 to December 2021. Prior to that, Manish was the Executive Vice President of Finance at Proofpoint from January 2012 to December 2018 and led Software Strategy & Corporate Development at Hewlett-Packard between January 2010 and December 2012. Manish began his career as a Director in Investment Banking and M&A at Merrill Lynch from January 2005 to December 2009. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a Chartered Diploma in Accounting & Finance from the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA).
