Nicole Ippoliti

Nicole Ippoliti is the Technical Director at YLabs. Nicole has been with YLabs since December of 2017 and took on the role of Technical Lead in June of 2017. Prior to joining YLabs, Nicole was with the International Center for Research on Women (ICRW) as a Summer Research Intern in May of 2014. Nicole also spent time with FHI 360 as a Technical Officer II from March of 2016 to May of 2017 and as a Technical Officer, Research Utilization from October of 2012 to September of 2015. Nicole's experience also extends to Glasswing International where they served as a Gender Advisor and Program Manager from July of 2012 to August of 2013. Before that, they were with The Population Council as a Program Associate from August of 2009 to September of 2012.

Nicole Ippoliti has a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Maternal and Child Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Nicole also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Dual Degree: Government (International Relations) and Spanish from Wesleyan University.

Some direct reports include Adedamola Adebayo - Senior Technical Specialist, Laetitia Kayitesi - Research Manager, and Jordan Levine - Senior Epidemiologist. They are on a team with Ali Ndizeye - Senior Portfolio Manager, Theo Gibbs - Design Director, and Maureen Byamugisha - Senior Operations Manager. Their manager is Rebecca Hope, CEO.
