Sarah Malahias

Sarah Malahias has a wide range of experience in leadership roles in the fitness and recreation industry. At YMCA Calgary, Sarah has excelled in managing child, youth, and family programs, surpassing program budgets and introducing new programming. Sarah has demonstrated strategic planning skills in member acquisition and retention, and has extensive experience in managing staff teams. Sarah has also managed operations and launched innovative programs at Sky Zone Winnipeg, and built relationships with members at Snap Fitness 24/7. With a background in exercise and sport science, Sarah continues to further their education in areas such as Lean Six Sigma and frontline leadership.
