Drew Kelley

Drew Kelley is a seasoned professional in youth programming and camp operations, currently serving as the Senior Program Director at YMCA Camp Bernie since March 2024, overseeing a $2.6 million program budget that includes various camp and community initiatives. With a rich background at the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis from May 2017 to March 2024, Drew held multiple roles including Youth, Family, & Camp Director, focusing on family programming and day camps, and previously as Camp Director for the East Region. Drew's extensive experience includes managing Before-and-After School programs, leading summer camp operations, and overseeing virtual programming during the pandemic. In addition to camp management, Drew has notable leadership experience with Circle K International, where roles included International Trustee and Georgia District Governor. Drew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of West Georgia.
