Emilie K. serves as the Senior Vice President of US Market Development Services at Mastercard since July 2024. In addition, Emilie holds a position as a Board Member at YMCA Camp Ernst, contributing to the Cincinnati community since May 2021. Previously, Emilie was the Senior Vice President of Retail and Commerce at Mastercard Data & Services from January 2021 to August 2024 and held multiple leadership roles at Mastercard from April 2016 to January 2021, focusing on retail strategy, merchant solutions, and customer insights. Emilie began a career at dunnhumby, leading customer strategy and loyalty initiatives from September 2010 to April 2016, and possesses experience from Accenture as a Manager in Strategy & Organization from May 2004 to September 2010. Emilie is an alumnus of Miami University.
