Nicholas Patton

Nicholas Patton has extensive experience in the camp and outdoor education industry. Nicholas started their career in 2010 at Camp Rockmont for Boys, where they held various roles including Facility Maintenance, Program Director, and Retreat Group Manager. In 2014, they joined Kenbrook Bible Camp as the Director of Programming, where they worked until 2016. Nicholas then moved on to the YMCA of Greenville, where they served as the Adventure Director from 2016 to 2017. Nicholas was later promoted to Groups & Education Director at YMCA Camp Greenville from 2017 to 2020. Currently, as of 2020, Nicholas is the Director of Operations at YMCA Camp Greenville.

Nicholas Patton obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Outdoor Education and Outdoor Ministries from Montreat College, where they attended from 2009 to 2012. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including the Association of Challenge Course Technology Level 2 certification from ACCT in 2016, Wilderness First Responder certification from NOLS Wilderness Medical Institute in April 2011, and Swift Water Rescue certification from the American Canoe Association in 2011.
