Rose Ann Francis

Rose Ann Francis is the Senior Administrative & Volunteer Coordinator for the YMCA Cape Cod. She maintains accurate meeting notes and administrative directives in working with the Board of Directors, Committees, Staff, and Community partners of the YMCA. Rose Ann also maintains the CEO’s daily schedule of meetings. She oversees the Volunteer program and records for over 400 volunteers of the YMCA. Rose Ann believes the YMCA provides a vital service to community members at every stage in their lives. She is grateful for the opportunity be a part of an organization that helps make confident kids and supports contributing engaging adults.Rose Ann previously has been employed in the private club industry and worked on two national golf sporting events (the US Open and the Ryder Cup Matches). While employed at The Country Club in Brookline MA she was awarded the Employee of the Year. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management from Appalachian State University, Boone North Carolina.
