Shayna Molinar

Shayna Molinar has extensive experience working in various roles within YMCA organizations. Shayna began their career in 2003 as a Senior Director for the Leander ISD Licensed Afterschool and Camp Programs at the YMCA of Greater Williamson County. After five years in that role, they moved to the YMCA of South Florida as the Regional Director for Before and After School Licensed Childcare. In 2009, they returned to the YMCA of Greater Williamson County as the Senior Director for Licensed Childcare and Grant Programs. Shayna held this position until 2011 when they joined the YMCA of Austin. In Austin, they served as the Director of Business Administration and Accounts, then as the Associate Executive Director. From 2019 to 2022, Shayna worked as the Executive Assistant to the Operations and Compliance, Risk Management team. Shayna currently holds the position of Association Director of Risk Management and Compliance at the YMCA of Austin.

Shayna Molinar earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences from Concordia University Texas in 2007.
