Aimee Bartels has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic planning and employee engagement. Aimee is currently the Director of Human Resources at the YMCA of Central Kentucky, a role they have held since December 2019. Aimee also served as a Benefits Specialist at General Cable earlier in their career.

Aimee Bartels received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts/Human Resources from Georgetown College, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
