Sue Baile

Sue Baile is currently working as the Senior Executive Director of Association Sales at The Y in Central Maryland since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Harvey Agency from June 2018 to April 2023. In this role, they were responsible for driving operations, profitability, and growth strategy. Before that, they held multiple roles at Harvey Agency including SVP, Director of Brand Integration from March 2014 to March 2018 and VP, Production / Studio Director from July 2007 to February 2014. Sue also has experience working at T. Rowe Price as a Print Consultant from October 2006 to January 2007 and at Crispin Porter Bogusky as a Director, Print Production from August 2005 to July 2006.

Sue Baile attended the Fashion Institute of Technology and pursued a degree in Illustration.
