Betsy Moquin

Vice President - People Practices at YMCA of Central Massachusetts

Betsy Moquin has extensive work experience in various roles within the YMCA of Central Massachusetts. Betsy began working for the organization in 2001 as the Director of Training & Staff Development and later held positions such as Director of Annual Giving, Director of Marketing & Capital Fund Development, Director of Membership & Community Relations, and Senior Executive - Human Resources, Learning & Development. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of People Practices. Prior to their work at the YMCA, Betsy worked in the Human Resources department at Invensys Sensor Systems (formerly Fenwal Electronics) from 1991 to 2001.

Betsy Moquin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Double Major - English (Concentration in Sports Journalism) and Business Management from Springfield College in the years 1986 to 1990. Betsy later completed their MBA from Assumption University in the years 1995 to 2000. In May 2016, Betsy Moquin obtained a certification from the Society of Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional.
