Human Resources Team

The Human Resources Team at the YMCA of Delaware is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with HR policies. The team works to foster an inclusive workplace, support staff development, and ensure equitable hiring practices. Key roles include the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Human Resources Generalist, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Coordinator, and HR Recruiting Specialist, all collaborating to meet the diverse needs of the organization's workforce.
