Jessica Baert Johnston

Jessica Baert Johnston, SPHR, SCP is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, training, employee relations, and recruitment. Currently serving as a Corporate Recruiter at Inhabit® since September 2021, Jessica also instructs at the YMCA of East Tennessee since December 2017. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at Emerson Automation Solutions, Human Resources Manager at ALSTOM Power Inc, and various HR positions with a focus on engineering and project management. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Tennessee Technological University and studied at Curtin University.
