Paul Falvey

Paul Falvey is the Chief Financial Officer at YMCA of Greater Boston. Paul has over 20 years of experience in finance and has held various leadership positions in both public and private companies.

Paul began their career as a managing director at Danforth Advisors in 2018. Paul then served as the CFO of Spray Venture Partners from 2001 to 2002. In 2002, they joined Shields Health Care Group as the Director of Finance and held that position until 2007. Paul was then recruited by ONI Medical Systems, Inc. to be their Chief Financial Officer and they served in that role from 2007 to 2009.

In 2009, Paul joined GE Healthcare as a finance leader. Paul was quickly promoted to CFO of the Specialty MR Division in 2011. Paul held that position until 2012 when they became the finance integration leader for GE Life Sciences. Paul left GE Healthcare in 2015 to become the Chief Financial Officer of PhysicianOne Urgent Care, an affiliate of Yale New Haven Health. Paul held that position until 2018 when they joined YMCA of Greater Boston as their CFO.

Paul Falvey graduated from Stonehill College with a BS in Accounting.

Their manager is James Morton, President & CEO. Paul Falvey works with Robin Gilbert - Chief Human Resources Officer, Wendy Zinn - Chief Partnerships & Social Responsibility Officer, and Jarrett Royster - COO.
