Guillermina Rios has extensive experience in leadership and administrative roles, currently serving as Association Director of Social Impact and other positions at the YMCA of Greater Brandywine since December 2015. Responsibilities include coordinating member services, managing community engagement, handling financial operations, and supporting human resources initiatives. Prior roles include Board Member at Danzante and Youthbuild Program Coordinator at YWCA of Greater Harrisburg, focusing on community outreach and program development.
