Jenna Igel

Jenna Igel, MBA has a diverse work experience with various roles in different organizations. Jenna recently served as the Director of Aquatic Operations at the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati, where they managed multiple pools and a team of over 400 staff members. Prior to this, Jenna held positions such as Neighborhood Aquatics Director, Senior Program Director, and Sports Director, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills and successfully managed programs and relationships with external partners. Jenna also gained experience in event management and customer service as a Public Safety Event Staff member for the Cincinnati Reds. Additionally, they have served as a Swim Coach at the Wyoming Recreation Center and as the Head Coach of the U12 Cincy HotShots Fastpitch team. Jenna's work experience also includes being a Junior Varsity Softball Coach at Northwest High School and the Women's Basketball Manager at the College of Mount St. Joseph, where they assisted coaches and managed team logistics. Overall, Jenna has a comprehensive background in program management, staff supervision, and sports coaching.

Jenna Igel, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Mount St. Joseph University from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sport Management also at Mount St. Joseph University, graduating in 2014. In addition to their academic achievements, Jenna has additional certifications including Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) from NSPF, as well as certifications in Lifeguarding, Lifeguarding Instructor, and Team Leader from the YMCA of the USA (National Resource Office).
