Kelly Knapp

Kelly Knapp has over 20 years of work experience, primarily at the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. Kelly started their career in 2000 as an Office Manager at the YMCA's Powel Crosley Branch, where they managed the general office administration and served as the primary Human Resource liaison between the branch and the Association office. During their tenure, they also temporarily took on the role of Interim Membership Director and assisted with supervising the Family Life department during staffing changes. In 2011, they transitioned to the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati as a Human Resource Assistant, where they ensured proper documentation and compliance for personnel changes. In 2012, they were promoted to HR Manager and took on additional responsibilities of managing payroll and personnel records for the Association. In July 2018, they were promoted to the role of Director of Employee Engagement, which they currently hold.

Kelly Knapp's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Otterbein University, which they obtained between the years of 1996 and 2000. Before that, they attended Princeton High School from 1992 to 1996, where they did not earn a specific degree or have a field of study. Afterwards, Knapp pursued their Master of Education degree in Sport Administration from Xavier University from 2001 to 2003. Lastly, they earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Xavier University between 2011 and 2013.
