Victoria McCallister

Victoria McCallister is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement and development. Currently serving as the Director of Development at the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne since April 2024, Victoria previously held multiple roles at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fort Wayne, including Director of Engagement and Executive Assistant. With a strong background in volunteer coordination and faith-based initiatives, Victoria has contributed significantly to community outreach efforts. Victoria holds a degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington, completed in 2012, and graduated from Homestead High School in 2008.
