Josslyn Decrosta-Grindle

Josslyn DeCrosta-Grindle has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Starting as a Company Manager at Long Wharf Theatre in 2006, they later transitioned to roles such as Executive Assistant at Deutsche Bank, Program Coordinator at the Jeffrey Gottfurcht Children's Arthritis Foundation, and Personal Assistant at a Private Residence. In 2012, they joined Boots Retail International as a Human Resources Assistant before moving to Clifford Beers Clinic, where they held various positions, culminating in the role of Vice President of Human Resources. Currently, they serve as the Chief Human Resources Officer at YMCA of Greater Hartford. Their expertise includes HRIS management, compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, and recruitment.

From 2001 to 2005, Josslyn DeCrosta-Grindle attended Quinnipiac University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
