Jill Niswonger

Jill Niswonger is currently an Advisory Board Member for the Trotter Family YMCA Board Development Committee at the YMCA of Greater Houston, a position held since March 2024. From 2012 to 2024, Jill served as the Health Environment Safety (HES) Manager at Marathon Oil Corporation, overseeing risk, training, and process safety, as well as managing HES for the Bakken Asset Team and acting as HES Advisor for Equatorial Guinea. Jill held various roles at Marathon Oil, including Enterprise Risk Manager and Management Systems and Planning Manager, contributing to corporate health, safety, and security efforts. Prior experience includes serving as Safety Supervisor at Marathon Petroleum Company from 1998 to 2012. Jill holds an MS in Environmental Management from The University of Findlay and a BS in Biology from Bowling Green State University.
