Josh Bisher

Josh Bisher currently serves as the West District Business Services Director at the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, a position held since August 2022, where responsibilities include managing payroll, hiring, purchasing, and technology for multiple YMCA branches. Prior to this role, Josh worked as an Associate Financial Services Professional at Charles Schwab from October 2020 to August 2022 and held various positions at the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis from May 2016 to September 2020, notably as the Director of Administrative Services, Building & Grounds. Josh's earlier career includes significant experience in recreation services roles at Ball State University, Miami University, and the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Josh holds a Master's degree in Recreation Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Studies from the University of Evansville, along with a high school diploma with honors from North White High School.
