Don Seibert

Don Seibert is an experienced youth and family director at the YMCA of Greater Kalamazoo, where a 25-year tenure has involved collaboration with community leaders, school administrators, and numerous volunteers for various sports programs and events. Seibert currently serves as the girls varsity softball coach at Plainwell High School, the assistant coach for the 12U Girls Growlers Softball Team, and the 7th-grade girls basketball coach at Plainwell Community Schools. Additionally, Seibert holds the position of president of the Northwood Plainwell Little League, focusing on the positive development of softball and baseball programs. Past coaching roles include leading boys basketball teams at various schools and contributing to the Plainwell Middle School with coaching and parent club participation. Educationally, Seibert holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Western Michigan University and an Associate of Arts from St. Clair County Community College.
