The Leadership Team at the YMCA of Greater Kalamazoo is responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing operations, and ensuring the alignment of programs and services with the organization's mission. Comprised of various Vice Presidents and the President & CEO, the team collaborates to nurture the potential of children, promote healthy living, and foster social responsibility. They work to assess and continuously improve services, manage facilities, and drive membership and fund development initiatives.
